Head Coach
Dez took up the role of Head Coach in November 2009.
In his 7 years of coaching the squad, he has coached crews to FISU, Commonwealth, World Junior, World U23 and European Championships. Domestically has lead the squad to 3 Head of the River Fours pennants, 6 Women's Eights Head of the River pennants, and 7 crews to Womens' Henley wins, as well as many athletes involved in winning composite crews.
Most memorable achievement - Winning Prince Philip International coxed fours at Henley Royal Regatta

Nikki Spencer
Assistant Coach
Nikki took up the role of assistant coach in 2014 after retiring from rowing herself. She primarily coaches the development group, scouted from local universities. Last year her squad won 2 medals at the BUCS Indoor Championships, Gold in beginner singles at BUCS regatta, and raced in the quart final of senior quads at HWR.
